Yes, according to my last blog, i mentioned that i'm talking about being positive in job searching. :)
I do agree and confirmed that at least for me, He is neither early nor too late for me to have my prayer answered.
YESSSS, i was selected on the spot after the 2nd interview with the Managing Director. BUT before that, allow me to rant on this particular long-winded HR. Imagine my interview starts from 4pm-6.15pm? I thought the position they're hiring are some BIG SHOT positions. Woo Haha!
Well, it was not a simple normal interview, it felt as if i'm going through some very prompt personality test. Can say i m not very well-prepared as i thought this company may not be so professional in HR hiring questions, but still i managed to turn the table around by "interviewing" the HR instead which i thought it would be appropriate for me to score points by showing interest in this position.
It's not an MNC, but rather i would say it's fairly a medium size company with 27 years of experience.
WELL this is not the important part. Actually my heart sank when the HR told me he will need about 7 days to finalize the candidates for 2nd interview, but i do not need to wait because he felt that i'm pretty suitable. (Because i'm tired of going interviews) I believed there're alot of more potential candidates who went for the interview.
It's no LUCK, but His grace and favour for me. MY prayers are answered. After my 2nd interview wih the MD, he told me he could offer me this position as he think i'm pretty bubbly and suit the environment with the teams. And he offer me much higher than he is supposed to pay. WOWWW.
I actually received about 7 calls scheduling me for interviews all the way till Friday, i was contemplating if i should give other interviews a try as well to compare, who knows the HR might like me haha then employ me on the spot. BUT i'm super super lazy and tired to go through the nervous interviews once again. HOHOHO~ i decided to stick to His plan and will be starting my new job on Monday after a month's rest.
