The Old Man's Birthday

I love celebrating Birthdays though it's not mine!
I personally feel that Birthday is one of the significant occasion worth celebrating with the people you love or cherish in life but also doing some catching up over a meal.
It's more of the time you spent together chilling over the latest news, gossip at work or even ur life than the food alone.

Fortunately there's only Ivan's birthday which falls in January! OOPS!

We always have biggger group so i went on to place reservations at Waraku Japanese Restaurant which is located at The Central. Surprisingly the one at Marina Sq has closed down, in fact they're only left with 2 outlets in SG! Sad!!!!!! ;(...  how i miss their private function room.

How I spent this 2012 Xmas!

I guess as we grew older, Xmas became a festive season for friends's gathering. Definitely Christmas signifies the birth of a new born king, Jesus. Without Him, we would not even have the chance to know Jesus, let alone celebrate Christmas.

I love Christmas not because of the Xmas gift, but more of the jolly joyous la la mood. You can see everyone shopping at the most busy most uptown mall to shop for Xmas gift for their colleagues, friends and family. This year for me, didn't shop much for gifts except for afew close friends.

I spent my Xmas eve working till 6pm, and then late dinner with my husband at Itacho sushi.

It was our first time there, pretty amazed by the queue everyday especially during weekends. Camwhore before the food arrives.... Heh heh

I was so hungry till I don't feel hungry so we didn't order much. It was pretty affordable at such fresh Japanese food rated.

We walked around bugis and den meet up with Jasper & Zhongxi. Randomly we decide to catch a movie as Edwin jio us to watch. Oh ya Edwin is back from London!
Jasper drove so he send all of us to Th Cathay to catch a movie straight after the countdown!! Haha!!

It was a holiday eve so u know movie tickets will be like so expensive.
Thank God we utilize the passion card to get $2 off per ticket, but a pity only a maximum of 5 tickets can be purchased! Consider a deal, while the remaining one is paid by UOB card promotion.
